Chris enjoys helping high net worth families and small business owners develop strategies for growing, preserving and transferring their wealth. With over 20 years in the financial services industry and a formal education in Business Finance, he believes successful wealth management is based on the ability to truly know and understand each of his clients’ needs and their overall financial picture. While Chris has learned to appreciate the value of a strong work ethic, trust and honesty are the core values that have guided him throughout his career. Working with a select clientele allows Chris to devote significant time and resources in providing individualized wealth management services and solutions. He is deeply committed to his clients and takes great personal satisfaction from helping them achieve all that is important to them in life. When not at work, Chris enjoys a variety of sports including golf, hockey, skiing, water sports, boating and most passionately spending time at the cottage with his family. His greatest joy is teaching his boys and their friends how to master the art of water sports. Chris is a strong supporter of the Kitchener-Waterloo United Way and other charitable organizations in the community, and is an active volunteer and coach with Waterloo minor sports.

Joanne has enjoyed more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry having worked many of those years with her current team members. With a sound marketing and administrative background, she offers a unique perspective to the collective skillset of their team. As client liaison, Joanne supports both the team and their clients with the many organizational details of financial management. Fully licensed as a Registered Representative, Joanne approaches her job with a dedication to ensure their clients receive a high level of individualized service and an overall positive experience. She derives great satisfaction from her daily client interactions and is genuinely interested in their well-being. Joanne’s motivation and enthusiasm move beyond her career. She is an active member and past President of the K-W Business Women’s Association and regular contributor to their newsletter on personal and professional development. Joanne’s passion for helping others makes a positive difference in people’s lives. Her true joy in life is spending time with family. Joanne’s husband, two sons and their playful dog help her keep an active and exciting life.

Cynthia Lynagh

Branch Administrator & Admin Specialist

Cynthia joined the Waterloo office as the Branch Administrator in 2003. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and credentials from the Canadian Securities Institute, Cynthia adds a strong administrative background to the team’s expertise. Her analytical skills and attention to detail come from her financial accounting background, giving her a broad perspective when dealing with client requests. As the team’s Administrative Specialist, Cynthia enhances the overall client experience with her friendly, efficient and helpful service. She has earned great respect from her colleagues for her reliability and willingness to see challenging situations through with a cheerful disposition. Outside of work, Cynthia is passionate about reading and enjoys relaxing with a good book, travelling to warm destinations with her family, and visiting with friends. For adventure, she and her husband enjoy taking scenic road trips on their motor cycle and spending time boating in the beautiful lakes of Ontario. Cynthia can often be found cheering on their two boys at the hockey rinks and on the soccer fields. Her greatest joy in life is spending quality time with her family.
